Purley 2U2S GPU Server Platform with Maximum Memory and Storage Capacity for HPC and Desktop Virutlization (VDI).
Designed for HPC (high performance computing) and VDI (desktop virtualization) applications, PNYSRA22 series supports up to 2 double-width NVIDIA GPU boards, 
2 Intel Skylake-F CPUs as well as on-CPU 100Gb/s Omni-Path networking fabric via an additional IFP Omnipath PCIe carrier board and IFP Omnipath cable kit. With a large capacity for both system memory (24 DIMM slots) and local storage (2 NVMe M.2 slots + 12 x hot-swap 3.5"/2.5" SATA 6G/SAS 12G HDD/SSD bays) and 3 add-on card slots, PNYSRA22 series provides great configuration flexibility to users who seek minimum rack space and hardware overhead.
Featuring AMI MegaRAC® firmware, PNYSRA22 series offers support for IPMI 2.0 with iKVM and the DMTF Redfish management protocol. The MegaRAC® SP-X SoC (System-on-Chips) has an AMI generic, user-friendly Graphics User Interface (GUI) called the MegaRAC® GUI. It is designed to be easy to use. It has a low learning curve because it uses a standard Internet browser. You can expect to be up and running in less than five minutes.
PNYSRA22 series is built around Intel Skylake CPU architecture - ‘Intel® Xeon® Scalable’. This new product family provides a wealth of new options in scalability - across compute, network and storage - to deliver solutions for a range of applications.
Intel® Xeon® Scalable CPU architecture brings improved features and functionality at both the host and fabric levels. These enable performance improvements - both natively on the chip and for future extensibility through compute, network and storage peripherals.
